About, Shipping & Returns

Luna C. is the home of original-design, Rococo-inspired jewelry for romantic 21st-century women. Our jewelry is ethical and fair trade, nickel-free, made of 925 hypoallergenic silver and hand-selected gemstones. We produce all our pieces in Bangkok, Thailand, and ship worldwide. We also offer bespoke, custom design jewelry.

Luna C. works closely with Thai craftsmen to ensure fair wages, safe working environment, and fair treatment to all people along the way. Since jewelry making requires exposure to chemicals, we make sure all work areas have proper ventilation and air conditioning, and that all our artisans are protected with quality equipment.

All Luna C. jewelry are made of hypoallergenic 925 Sterling Silver and plated with white rhodium, rose gold, or 18k gold. We use both precious and semi-precious natural gemstones, and freshwater pearls in our designs.

If you are in Thailand, your order will be shipped (free of charge) via Kerry Express. If you are overseas, your order will be shipped via Thailand Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx. We promise to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.

Please allow up to 2 business days after payment confirmation for us to process and ship your order. In the case that your chosen item(s) are on back order, we will notify you once you place an order with us. Pre-orders take 15-20 days to produce. If you are in Thailand, your order will reach your door step within 2-3 business days. For international customers, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. Please note that customs clearance may require additional delivery time.

Love it or return it. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchased jewelry, return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the pieces are not found by Luna C. to be dirty, worn, marked, damaged or abused.

We’re so sorry that there is an issue with the jewelry you received. Please send photographs of the item and any defects to gerry@lunabkk.com or @lunabkk on LINE Official. We will arrange for the item to be exchanged.

Absolutely! All Luna C. pieces come with a one-time complimentary resizing. If you ordered your jewelry the wrong color, or change your mind, you can also exchange it for a different one, given the original pieces are not found by Luna C. to be dirty, worn, marked, damaged, or abused. Just contact us via gerry@lunabkk.com or LINE: @lunabkk, and follow the instructions provided by our support team.

International orders placed on our website are subject to import duties and or fees, which are calculated upon arrival at your customs department. These duties and fees very from country to country and your order will be invoice accordingly via your customs department or shipping carrier. Please consult your local customs office for more information regarding importing silver jewelry.

Care & Repair

All Luna C. jewelry come with a 1-year warranty that includes complimentary repair and cleaning services. Upon request and depending on your location, we may send a messenger to pick up your jewelry. Alternatively, you may be asked to mail your jewelry to our office.

When the surface of your jewelry comes into contact with oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances, natural oxidation or tarnishing occurs. This often results in the color of your jewelry becoming slightly dull to totally black, depending on the metal and how you wear and care for your jewelry. But good news! Tarnished sterling silver is extremely easy to manage.

Silver jewelry tarnishing is normal, and can be easily managed, but you can reduce the chances of it happening by keeping your jewelry secure in a dry and clean box, regularly cleaning it with a jewelry polishing cloth, and avoiding contact with water, lotion, soaps, sea water, swimming pools, and pets.

To keep your silver jewelry from tarnishing, store it in a dark and dry location and keep it away from humid areas like the bathroom.

Luna C. offers 1-year complimentary cleaning service with every purchase. However, should you wish to clean your own jewelry, we recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth without chemical cleaners or creams.

All custom orders have a no return and no refund policy, and once production begins, design alterations will incur additional costs. If the alteration is simple, such as changing a gemstone, we may be able to absorb the cost for you.
