From Paper to Stone

1. Meet with our designer for a free consultation to discuss your jewelry piece and budget

2. Designer begins working on design options

3. Select, adjust, and finalize the design until you absolutely love it

4. Designer and craftsmen prepare an estimated cost of production*, based on current prices of precious metals, design fee, and making charge

5. Make a 50% deposit to start the production process

6. Designer and craftsmen begin making your bespoke jewelry

7. Make the final payment once your jewelry is ready to be shipped

8. Receive your bespoke jewelry via express mail

*The exact cost of production of custom jewelry pieces can only be finalized upon completion. For example, it is normal for the price of gold (and making charges) to fluctuate throughout the production process. However, any additional costs due to mistakes or mishandling will be absorbed by Luna C. Design.
